Don't ignore the elephant....early detection saves lives.  Take your concerns to the doctor.  If it is nothing - awesome.  If it is something, you are catching it early and that can save your life! 

 5 minutes could save your life – Find out more at cancercare.on.ca/justbookit Joseph Brant Hospital participates in the Ontario Breast Screening Program and so does Burlington Ultrasound and Radiology.  Women aged 50 to 74 years can call the nearest OBSP screening location to make an appointment (a doctor’s referral is not needed).

The Halton Regional Health Department provides some excellent information regarding breast health as well as cervical health.
